Lovingly Grown Flowers

Ways to Buy Our Cut Flowers

We offer bouquet subscriptions in the spring with several options and price ranges based on length of subscriptions, number of bouquets, and options for delivery.

We regularly have  flowers available for purchase in our online store during the growing season and we will post them to the store.  We also try to share on social media when we have them available.  So be sure to follow us on Facebook and sign up for our emails as well.

Our DIY buckets of blooms option is a great option for events of all kinds.
  • We harvest the flowers
  • We provide buckets for temporary use
  • You arrange the flowers yourself
  • You return the buckets after your event
(or you can purchase the buckets if that is more convenient).
This is a great option if you love all kinds of flowers, need a lot of flowers, and you enjoy arranging them yourself.  It will be a mix of everything that is blooming at the time, farmer's choice on colors and type of flowers.  You can request softer tones or brighter tones and we will do our best to accommodate (it's a farmer's choice situation generally).
Our flower farm starts into light production in June & it only gets better from there.  In August, the dahlias start coming on strong and we will have flowers clear until the first frost of the fall season.
You can contact us here about ordering DIY buckets of blooms or to inquire about a custom bouquet. We do need between 1-3 day notice typically due to harvest scheduling.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any wedding services at this time.

*Warning!*  Many flowers can be toxic and as with many household items, it is wise to educate children about the dangers of consuming flowers.  I was shocked to learn sweet pea flowers were toxic!  I would have assumed they were a close relative to the eating pea and would have been safe.  Yikes, glad I didn't make that mistake.  So please use caution with children and pets and don't set bouquets in areas they are likely to have easy access to them.  Several common garden flowers rate pretty high on the toxic levels and can be deadly if consumed.   Buyer assumes all liability.  If you would like more information I am happy to point you in the direction of some resources for you to research and identify the more toxic varieties.

Our Journey to Flowers

Julie Summerfield

I have been gardening & growing landscape flowers for many years.  A few years ago I became interested in focusing some of my growing efforts on learning all about cut flowers.  Over the past 4 years I have been increasing my production area and learning to grow a wide variety of cut flowers.

My husband, Bob, is a big help with weeding, making our ideas come to life with projects, and sometimes he is around when I need the buckets of flowers carried too.

Our son, Holden, has been a big help by doing a lot of the deliveries last year and carrying buckets of flowers.  He was great at running all the errands and getting groceries in town on his way home from deliveries too.  He has always been a huge help in spring set up, painting our outbuildings, trapping gophers, and changing irrigation pipe for our field, and getting things ready for me to plant too.  We are going to miss his help when he decides to move out.

I feel so blessed to be able to connect with so many thoughtful, generous, and appreciative people because of these beautiful flowers.  I am often humbled by the amount of work and sore muscles it takes to get them to the point of going into our customers' hands.  However, the beautiful sentiments & stories that go with each customers' need for a bouquet helps me feel connected to the good in this world just a little more.  The whole journey to growing these flowers has blessed us.

Thanks for reading about our journey!
